The brass punches are manufactured from high quality CDA 360 hex brass rod extruded in a mill in the USA and beautifully polished. These punches are machine turned and designed for critical work were non-marring and non-sparking are of importance. Grace USA now offers all three of our Steel Punches with our new custom made Bench Block. Each punch is manufactured from the highest quality High Carbon Molbendenum Tool Steel and properly heat treated to ensure long life of the punch. Each punch is hardened the entire length with tempered striking end and are centerless ground for complete accuracy. We have incorporated a reverse taper from tip of punch to help prevent punch from sticking in the work piece. The set consists of our RS-7 seven Piece Steel Roll Pin Punches, sizes are 1/16″, 5/64″, 3/32″, 1/8″, 5/32″, 3/16″, 7/32″. SRS-7 seven Piece Steel Starter Roll Pin Punches, and our PS-7 seven piece Steel Gunsmith Punch Set. Grace USA Bench Block Tool Holders are designed specifically for each tool so that they are neatly kept in order and are readily accessible when needed for a specific task.
